Praise God for the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Jn 14-16 especially in times like this.

Desire more of the Holy Spirit in your life as an individual. Ask Him for a deeper walk and greater sensitivity to Him.

Help me to create more time for You Lord, in my heart, thoughts and schedule. You can interfere with my plans and programmes.

Help me to hear You more and more clearly and easily. Talk with me in ways I will understand.

I remove and destroy all distractions.
